Museum of Broken Relationships is an art project by Olinka Vištica and Dražen Grubišić. Inspired by emotions generated by their own break-up, they created a project enabling every “shipwrecked lover” to recover in a creative way. Museum of Broken Relationships is a space to which anyone can donate an object, the trigger of “undesired” emotions, and turn it into a museum exhibit, an artefact. Each exhibit presents an object, varying from bizarre to banal, and a story – unique, touching or funny. The Museum exists as a virtual web-based museum and a travelling exhibition. The book “Museum of Broken Relationships” was recently published and is available in bookstores and online.
